Checks will be in the mail this fall.
The return, which is the second largest return in the history of the GRIP program, means that MBIA GRIP members have received dividends totaling over $5.4 million in the the last 12 years.
The return is for premium year July 1, 2008 - June 30, 2009. Members are eligible for a dividend check if they were GRIP members during that period and meet State Fund's safety qualifications.
Be on the lookout for a letter from us near the end of September or early October outlining the details. Checks will be delivered shortly after by your insurance agent or mailed directly from Montana State Fund if you do not have an agent.

Montana State Fund only allows companies to join within 3 months of

The requirements to join are simple:
1) Be a member in good standings with one of our great local home builder associations.
2) Maintain an active workers compensation insurance policy through the Montana State Fund.
3) Apply within 90 days of your insurance policy effective date.
